Each Kobayashi bar adds four locking 1,000 lb castor wheels to the same 304 stainless station used in permanent installs. Roll it off the truck, lock the wheels, and you are open.

How the castor system works

The portable conversion kit mounts four heavy-duty castor wheels rated 1,000 lb to the base of the stainless station. Two are locking castors that hold the bar dead-still during service, then release to roll on smooth or carpeted floors.

Yes. The conversion kit adds a water tank, electric pump, and waste tank, so the glass rinser runs anywhere on a standard 110V outlet using its own water and waste tanks.

The 52-inch portable bar fits through most standard commercial doorways. The 65 and 88-inch sizes are built for ballrooms, patios, and open floor plans. Confirm your door width against the spec sheet before ordering.

A 52-inch portable bar weighs about 251 lb, the 65-inch about 400 lb, and the 88-inch about 500 lb dry. The 1,000 lb castors roll all three easily; locking wheels hold them still during service.
