Orders of 10+ units can ship with a factory cutout in the back panel for the power cord; single orders can have your installer drill the electrical pass-through during install.

The garnish trays and faucet are NSF-certified components. The full station is built to NSF-equivalent standards using 304 commercial-grade stainless steel and food-safe materials throughout — the same grade used in restaurant kitchens and commercial cafés. Most health departments accept our build for café service. We provide spec sheets and material certifications on request.

The flat 304 stainless work surface is rated for heat-producing equipment. We don't include the espresso machine — bring your existing one or order to spec your café.

The integrated glass rinser handles standard 12oz, 20oz, and 32oz milk pitchers, plus rocks glasses and tasting cups. Cold-water supply is required (standard 3/8-inch line). The rinse drain shares the bar's main 2-inch drain — no additional plumbing needed.

Iced lattes, cold brew service, iced matcha, and signature cold drinks all need ice on hand. The 135L (35-gallon) insulated ice chest holds enough cubed ice for a full breakfast service rush without refilling, and the closed-cell foam insulation keeps ice cold 7-8 hours.

Standard counter height for our 52-inch station is 39 inches — slightly above the 36-inch retail counter standard. The taller height is intentional: it puts the work surface at the barista's hands rather than at their hips, which reduces back strain during a long shift. What does the lifetime guarantee cover for café use?

Accepted Answer

Our lifetime structural guarantee covers the stainless frame, welds, ice chest, and primary structure under normal commercial use — including high-volume café service. The same guarantee that backs our cocktail bar stations applies here. Wear items (gaskets, plastic feet) aren't included but are inexpensive to replace.
