What We Cover
If a production defect occurs, we will replace defective parts or components free of charge.
Replacement and Return Limitations
- To ensure fairness and sustainability, each eligible item is limited to one (1) replacement or return per calendar year under the Lifetime Guarantee. Additional claims for the same item within the same year will not be honored.
- All original parts are eligible for full replacement under this policy, provided there is sufficient evidence to confirm that the item is broken and qualifies for replacement.
- Evidence must include clear, high-resolution photos and/or video and must be deemed sufficient by Kobayashi Workflow LLC at our sole discretion.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the broken equipment or removable component. Once received, we will send a replacement at no additional charge.
- We reserve the right to deny claims due to misuse after inspection.

Structural Coverage
We cover structural defects that affect the performance or durability of your cocktail station, including:
- Leakage (excluding plumbing connections or issues)
- Weld failures
- Compromised structural integrity of the base frame

To submit a warranty claim:
- Provide clear, high-quality pictures and/or video showing the exact issue
- Proof of purchase or registration
- Send a written explanation describing the problem

Important Details
- The Lifetime Guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable if the cocktail station is resold.
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
- Cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, and normal wear and tear that do not affect performance are not covered under this warranty.
- All claims require proof of original purchase and/or product registration.
- Replaced parts remain covered under the original Lifetime Guarantee and do not extend or reset the warranty period.
Definition of Damage
Only material or functional failures that compromise the craftsmanship, performance, or structural integrity of your cocktail station qualify as damage under this Lifetime Guarantee.
Natural signs of aging such as minor surface imperfections or aesthetic wear are a part of ownership and are not covered.
Conditions of Coverage
This Lifetime Guarantee applies only under conditions of normal, intended residential or commercial use.
Claims related to extreme environmental exposure, abuse, neglect, or excessive wear inconsistent with typical usage will not be honored.
