The 65" Drop-In ships fully assembled on a freight pallet via LTL carrier. Delivery is curbside; you will need a lift gate or loading dock for offloading. Freight cost is quoted separately based on your location.

How do I choose the right size?

The 65" Drop-In model is best suited for venues serving 120-170 guests with 1-3 bartenders working simultaneously. If your venue is smaller, the 52" models may be a better fit. For larger venues with 2-4 bartenders, consider the 88" Standalone. Our included 1-hour consulting session will help you make the right call.

What does the 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee cover?

If you receive the station and it is not as described or does not perform as specified, we will work with you to resolve the issue or arrange a return at no cost to you within 30 days of delivery.

Does this station require plumbing?

Accepted Answer

The glass rinsers require a cold water connection (standard 3/8" supply line) and the drain requires a 2" floor drain connection. The station arrives with pre-installed drain fittings. Your bar contractor can connect both in under two hours.

Question 5

What is the difference between Drop-In and Standalone?

Accepted Answer

The 65" Drop-In is designed for counter-mount installation into an existing bar top or custom millwork. It does not include legs, a waste drawer, or an undershelf. The Standalone version includes those components and is freestanding. Choose Drop-In if you already have a bar structure built or planned.

Every station includes a 1-hour video call with our bar design team. We will review your floor plan, discuss traffic flow, help you spec the right model and orientation, and answer any installation questions before your order ships.

Can I customize the station before ordering?

Accepted Answer

Customizations including panel finishes, additional speed rails, custom cutouts, and non-standard dimensions are available only on orders of 10 units or more. For smaller orders, choose from our standard configurations and request a quote.

How do I clean and maintain the station?

Accepted Answer

Wipe down with warm soapy water after each shift. Use a food-safe stainless steel cleaner weekly to maintain the finish. The garnish inserts and ice chest drain clean easily with standard bar tools. No special maintenance schedule required.

What does the Lifetime Guarantee cover?

Accepted Answer

The lifetime structural guarantee covers the stainless steel frame, welds, and primary structure against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product under normal commercial use. Wear items like rubber gaskets and plastic feet are not included but are inexpensive to replace.

Could a local fabricator build something similar?

Accepted Answer

A fabricator can weld stainless. What fabrication alone does not settle is reach zones, ice capacity, drainage, glass handling, storage, POS access, and how many bartenders work the station at once. Those decisions are the difference between a stainless box and a station a team can run a Saturday night on, and they are what you are actually buying. Is standard restaurant equipment good enough?

Test it against your real numbers rather than the category. Your actual menu, your bartender count at peak, your ice program, and your busiest hour. Standard equipment is specified for an average bar. When your peak looks nothing like average, the station quietly becomes the ceiling on what the bar can serve.

A large catalog is cheaper. Why buy here?

On the price of the item, often yes. Where catalogs tend to fail commercial buyers is everything after checkout: freight damage, restocking fees, returns, warranty resolution, and nobody who can tell you whether the thing fits your bar. We quote freight clearly, inspect before it ships, and put someone who has worked a bar on the call.
