Stainless Steel Coffee Drip Tray

Quick Specs
Stainless steel coffee drip tray with a solid shelf and a laser-cut roster
Built for Espresso

One Tray Under the Whole Machine

The coffee tray runs 51.2 inches, long enough for a two-group espresso machine with room for the grinder side. The machine sits on the solid shelf at the back, cups go on the roster up front, and purges, rinses and overflow run straight to the drain.

  • Solid shelf carries the espresso machine
  • Roster up front for cups, pitchers and the knock-out
  • 2" molded drain keeps up with a morning rush

No More Puddles on the Counter

Milk, water and coffee end up in the tray instead of on the counter and the floor. The counter stays dry, the barista stays fast, and close takes minutes.

  • 1.3" deep, so a full pitcher spill stays in the tray
  • Lift the roster out and rinse it at close
  • Same 304 stainless and satin finish as our coffee bar stations

Compare Our Trays

How to Install It

The tray drops into a counter cutout and hangs on its 0.98" flange, so the top sits flush with the work top. Your contractor makes one cut and connects one drain.

Step 1 · The Cutout

Cut the Counter

The body under the flange is 45.3" (1150 mm) long. Cut the opening a hair larger than the body, never larger than the flange.

  1. Check the body size on the spec sheet
  2. Mark the opening on the work top, centered where the tray goes
  3. Cut the opening and test-fit the tray before sealing
  4. Run food-grade silicone under the flange and press the tray in
Step 2 · The Drain

Connect the Drain

The coffee tray has a 2" (51 mm) molded drain. Order it without a drain and it ships with a closed floor.

  1. Run the drain line to the tray position before the tray goes in
  2. Connect the tray's drain outlet to the line under the counter
  3. Run water through the roster and check the joint for leaks
  4. Drop the roster back in and the tray is ready for service

Common Questions

The solid shelf and roster sit in a 45.3" (1150 mm) wide insert inside a 51.2" by 23.6" tray. That fits most two-group machines with room beside them. Send us your machine model and we will confirm the fit.
Yes, it is the same 51.2" tray, built for anything that pours and drips. Coffee shops put the espresso machine on the shelf; bars put the beer tower there.
Yes. We make trays to your counter and laser cut your logo into the roster. Send your sizes and artwork with a quote request and we come back with a price.
At close, lift the roster out, rinse the tray and the roster with warm water and a mild detergent, then wipe dry. Avoid abrasive pads and chlorine cleaners, they damage the satin finish on 304 stainless.
Yes. Every tray is covered by our lifetime structural guarantee on the stainless body and welds, plus a 30 day money-back guarantee.
