Contractors and remodelers can order Kobayashi bar stations as a single assembled unit that needs only a two inch drain and a water supply, with no bar carcass to build. Trade terms apply to projects you bring, and partner orders are prioritised in production.
The station is built, welded, inspected and shipped as one piece on a pallet. Your crew sets it, connects a drain and a supply, and the bar is done. There is no sequence of deliveries to coordinate and nothing that arrives in parts.
What actually has to happen on site
Standalone models are freestanding on adjustable legs, so there is no bar carcass to frame, no deck to cut and nothing structural to coordinate. Drop-in models set into a countertop cutout that is published before you order, so the millwork can be built to a number rather than to a guess.
Ships fully assembled on a freight pallet, delivered curbside
Two inch drain connections on ice chest, rinse unit and drip rail
Cold and warm supply, cold only to the glass rinsers
Drainage pitch of a quarter inch per foot, IPC and UPC compatible
Three to five millimetre clearance all sides, adjustable feet for level
The callbacks you do not get
Most bar callbacks are not the build, they are the equipment: a rail that works loose, a seam that traps and smells, a sink that was never sized for the volume. This is 304 stainless in 16 gauge, welded rather than fastened, with a lifetime structural guarantee on the frame, welds and primary structure. What you install is what stays installed.
Quote it without carrying the risk
Freight is quoted clearly before the order rather than discovered at delivery, and you get a written production window instead of a general estimate. Partner orders are prioritised in the queue, which is what lets you put a real date in a schedule and hold it.
Terms on the work you bring
Contractors and remodelers sit in the industry partner tier. You earn on the projects you bring, the margin improves on multi-unit work, and project pricing is quoted per job. Exact terms are set when we place you in a tier, and there is no flat minimum order quantity to apply.
One Station Instead of Five Trades
The speed rail, rinse sink, ice well, garnish rail and waste drawer arrive already working as one piece. That removes five purchase decisions, five deliveries and five things that do not quite line up on site.
- Nothing to assemble on site beyond setting and levelling
- One drain and one supply to connect
- No separate rinse sink or speed rail to source
Sizing it for the space you are working in
Answer a few questions about the venue and the install type and the matcher will point at the model that fits, drop-in or standalone.

Frequently asked questions
Set the unit, level it on the adjustable feet, connect a two inch drain and a water supply, and connect the glass rinsers to cold. Standalone models need no structural work at all. A bar contractor typically has both connections made in under two hours.
Not for a standalone. It is freestanding and finished on all visible sides. For a drop-in you build a counter to the published cutout, 50.59 by 22.83 inches for the 52 and 65.20 by 23.82 for the 65, over a minimum three quarter inch exterior grade MDO plywood base.
Fully assembled on a freight pallet by LTL carrier, delivered curbside. You will want a lift gate or a dock to offload. Freight is quoted separately based on the delivery address and confirmed before the order.
The lifetime structural guarantee covers the stainless frame, welds and primary structure against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use. Wear items such as gaskets and plastic feet are not covered but are inexpensive to replace.
Yes. The program exists so contractors who bring bar work regularly earn on it and get priority production. Applying takes an email and a short call, and there is no minimum order to apply.
