Common Questions

The 88" Standalone ships fully assembled on a freight pallet via LTL carrier. Delivery is curbside; you will need a lift gate or loading dock for offloading. Freight cost is quoted separately based on your location.

The 88" model is best suited for venues serving 150-200+ guests with 2-4 bartenders working simultaneously. If your venue is smaller or your team runs 1-2 bartenders, the 52" or 65" models may be a better fit. Our included 1-hour consulting session will help you make the right call.

If you receive the station and it is not as described or does not perform as specified, we will work with you to resolve the issue or arrange a return at no cost to you within 30 days of delivery.

The glass rinsers require a cold water connection (standard 3/8" supply line) and the drain requires a 2" floor drain connection. The station arrives with pre-installed drain fittings. Your bar contractor can connect both in under two hours.
