Frequently Asked

A drop-in unit is designed to "drop in" to custom countertops. It lacks the bottom frame, legs, and waste drawer that come with the standalone model. Choose drop-in if you're building the station into existing cabinetry or a custom bar build. Choose standalone if you need a complete, ready-to-use station out of the box.

The station comes with pre-installed 2″ drains. Plumbing connections are not included but can be set up by a local plumber during installation. The station also works without permanent plumbing using a bucket drain setup.

Your station ships fully assembled on a pallet via freight carrier to continental US addresses. We coordinate delivery scheduling directly with you. Liftgate service is available upon request.

If you're not completely satisfied with your station within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. Our goal is to make sure every station is the perfect fit for your venue.

Our lifetime guarantee covers all structural components and manufacturing defects. If anything fails due to workmanship, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you. This covers the frame, ice chest, welds, and all stainless steel components.

The base station does not require electrical connections. If you add optional refrigerated drawers or lighting, standard 110V outlets are needed. Details are included in the spec sheet.

It depends on your venue size and bartender count. The 52″ serves 80–120 guests with 1–2 bartenders. The 65″ handles 120–170 guests with 1–3 bartenders. The 88″ supports 150–200+ guests with 2–4 bartenders. Your included consulting session will help you decide.

Every station includes a 1-hour bar design and consulting session ($200 value). We'll review your floor plan, discuss workflow optimization, help select the right model, and answer any technical questions about installation and setup.

All stations are made from commercial-grade stainless steel that's easy to clean with standard bar cleaning products. Wipe down surfaces after each shift, rinse the ice chest and drains regularly, and the station will maintain its finish for years.
