How the Program Works

The Kobayashi Partner Program is built around three tiers, each designed to match how you interact with clients in the hospitality space. Referral payouts scale from 5% for affiliates, up to 20% for verified industry partners (interior designers, bar consultants, contractors, architects, catering and rental companies), and up to 25% for approved dealers and resellers.

There is no flat minimum order quantity to apply. Tier placement is based on how you resell or specify our stations, and the payout scales accordingly. Partners are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

How to Apply

  1. Send an inquiry. Email us with your company name, website, and the partner tier you are interested in. We review every application manually.
  2. Quick onboarding call. Once qualified, we cover pricing, lead times, and catalog access. No high-pressure sales process.
  3. Receive your partner kit. You get wholesale pricing, spec sheets, product imagery, and a referral tracking method tailored to your tier.
  4. Start selling. Submit orders, refer clients, or spec Kobayashi into your projects. Commissions and wholesale discounts apply automatically on approved orders.
