What is the difference between drop-in and standalone?

A drop-in station is designed to be mounted into your existing bar counter or cabinetry. It does not include legs, an undershelf, or a waste drawer. A standalone station is a freestanding unit with its own legs and base structure that can be placed anywhere without additional support. Choose drop-in if you already have a bar top and want to upgrade the well; choose standalone if you need a complete, self-supporting station.

How is the station shipped?

The 52" Drop-In ships fully assembled on a freight pallet via LTL carrier. Delivery is curbside; you will need a lift gate or loading dock for offloading. Freight cost is quoted separately based on your location.

How do I choose the right size?

The 52" Drop-In model is best suited for venues serving 80-120 guests with 1-2 bartenders. If your venue is larger or your team runs 2-4 bartenders, the 65" or 88" models may be a better fit. Our included 1-hour consulting session will help you make the right call.

What does the 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee cover?

If you receive the station and it is not as described or does not perform as specified, we will work with you to resolve the issue or arrange a return at no cost to you within 30 days of delivery.

Does this station require plumbing?

Accepted Answer

The glass rinsers require a cold water connection (standard 3/8" supply line) and the drain requires a 2" floor drain connection. The station arrives with pre-installed drain fittings. Your bar contractor can connect both in under two hours.

Every station includes a 1-hour video call with our bar design team. We will review your floor plan, discuss traffic flow, help you spec the right model and orientation, and answer any installation questions before your order ships.

Customizations including panel finishes, additional speed rails, custom cutouts, and non-standard dimensions are available only on orders of 10 units or more. For smaller orders, choose from our standard configurations and request a quote.

How do I clean and maintain the station?

Wipe down with warm soapy water after each shift. Use a food-safe stainless steel cleaner weekly to maintain the finish. The garnish inserts and ice chest drain clean easily with standard bar tools. No special maintenance schedule required.

What does the Lifetime Guarantee cover?

The lifetime structural guarantee covers the stainless steel frame, welds, and primary structure against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product under normal commercial use. Wear items like rubber gaskets and plastic feet are not included but are inexpensive to replace.
